Precast Depot began as a small concrete precast company. The company quickly outgrew its 3 acre site upon expanding and diversifying their production line, services and clientele.

When Precast Depot began, it manufactured standard 36” and 48” structures. With time, the company developed the capacity to produce a multitude of underground drainage structures including sanitary sewer, drainage wells, grease traps, septic tanks, trench drains, parking bumpers, bollards and even custom structures weighing more than 30 Tons. The company also became a local distributor of castings, HDPE pipe, corrugated metal pipe and RCP pipe, as well as various building materials such as brick, cement and mortar mixes. The company also diversified in terms of service, offering delivery of merchandise and custom-made applications. Essentially, Precast Depot transformed into a one-stop drainage shop.

In order to accommodate growing demand, the company moved to its present 20 acre site in Medley, Florida in January 2007. The growth and expansion of Precast Depot is largely due to a client-driven code of ethics that all of the company’s employees take pride in. The ability to serve clients in a timely and responsible manner, and to conduct business ethically and professionally is the number one priority for the company’s leaders and its employees. Jose and Walter, the President and Vice-President of the company, have taken great pains to assemble a team capable of executing this code of ethics through hard work and dedication.
